The Hot Spot is a community metalsmithing studio that offers jewelry-making and TIG welding, with classes and space available for those who want to continue their craft.
I started the studio in early 2014 out of a maker space. It was slowly gaining in popularity, and I wanted a building for myself and my studio members in a growing community. In the winter of 2017, I moved into this building and have loved being a part of this neighborhood.
